Climate Risk Scenario Exercises

We test the capabilities of your team and organization to respond to climate risk scenarios. Typical scenarios include wildfires, cloudbursts or heatwaves impacting critical infrastructure, communications, IT services, or staff safety, through to supply chain issues due to a hurricane on the other side of the world.

Crisis management exercises put your business continuity and response plans as well as impact and risk analyses to the test, while challenging participants in a safe environment. These are great teambuilding exercises that bring people together, increase their skills, and facilitate better collaboration when a crisis occurs. Moreover, they help you identify vulnerabilities and mitigation actions. Exercises are supported by our Climate Resilience software.

Climate Risk Analysis
