4C Strategies’ quality management system (QMS) and supporting processes are certified according to the ISO 9001 standard. Our consultants are actively involved in the development of the ISO-standards relating to our solutions, such as ISO 22301 for business continuity and ISO 31000 for risk management. Our project management methodology is based on international standards and processes. We continuously work with knowledge transfer from our consultants to our clients, and vice versa, to ensure we remain at the forefront of developments in the field and market best practice.
This quality management system allows us to document and improve our practices in order to better satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers, stakeholders and interested parties. Our supporting QMS manual is used to familiarise our employees, customers and other interested parties with the controls that have been implemented and to assure them that the integrity of our QMS is maintained and is focused on meeting its intended outcomes. This manual also describes the structure and interactions of our QMS, delineates authorities, inter-relationships and responsibilities of personnel who operate within the QMS boundaries.
