The resilience of five different depot scenarios was examined in the following areas:
Cost & environment
Risks
Crisis and Defence preparedness
Feasibility to implement contingency plans in a given time period
Following the study, 4C Strategies assisted the company in implementation a series of risk, business continuity and training measures to enhance the resilience of its people, processes and systems.
