4C Strategies was founded in Sweden over 20 years ago. Our broad Nordic client list stretches from private and state-owned banks, major airports and utility providers, to manufacturers, public agencies, local government and the armed forces. The Nordic arm of our company includes a thriving consultancy division, while much of the development of the Exonaut® software is handled from our Malmo office, in collaboration with the 4C tech hubs in Warminster, UK and Orlando, USA.

Our services include military training management, business continuity management, IT continuity, risk management and incident management, among other things. We build our clients’ resilience capabilities over the short and long-term.

Our Norwegian clients are served by our subsidiary 4C Strategies Norway. Our Stockholm office also acts as HQ for the entire 4C Group.

Current major projects

Since our foundation in 2000, we have worked closely with the Swedish Armed Forces. This long-term partnership continues to thrive and was recently extended by three years. We provide the Swedish Armed Forces with our software and expert consultancy services which includes extensive support for multi-national and multi-dimensional exercises.

Our long-standing relationship with the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) has seen us support them and local government on behalf of them for a broad range of activities. This has included a consistent and cohesive nationwide pandemic response, managing and countering disinformation, and crisis communication training, among many other things.
