4C Strategies listed in Gartner’s guide for Crisis/Emergency Management Solutions
We are proud to announce that Gartner, the global research and advisory firm, has listed 4C Strategies as one of the Representative Vendors in its newly published 2020 Market Guide for Crisis/Emergency Management (C/E M) Solutions.
The key findings within the report include the fact that C/E M Solutions are being used by organizations in highly regulated industries, such as utilities, healthcare and financial services, to facilitate command and control during crisis events. Furthermore, there is an industry-wide transition to integrating C/EM solutions into day-to-day operations.
According to Gartner,
´Through a unified management console, crisis/emergency management solutions provide consistent monitoring, orchestration and management of a crisis through all its phases. C/EM solutions are used to manage the data, resources, expenditures, communications and tasks associated before, during and after a crisis and analyze the changing crisis conditions to enable situational awareness. Also, they ensure crisis/emergency management procedures comply with government, regulatory and industry emergency management standards.´
4C Strategies’ Exonaut® software, goes beyond crisis/emergency management, to include business continuity, incident and risk management as well as training and exercise management modules in one secure, off-the-shelf solution.
Each module comes with an intuitive dashboard that can be tailored to provide relevant data, analysis and reports. Customers can choose one or multiple modules to meet their needs. Exonaut is available as software as a service via the cloud or it can be deployed on-premises. Additionally, it can be integrated as standard with the most common user management, business intelligence, military simulator and emergency dispatcher tools, while the Exonaut API can feed or collect data from multiple systems.
