The Board of Directors of 4C Strategies has appointed the current Managing Director of 4C International, Jonas Jonsson, as the CEO of 4C Strategies (4C Group AB (publ)), taking office on the 2nd of April 2024.
Jonas Jonsson joined 4C Strategies in 2013 and has since had several operational and executive positions, most recently as the Managing Director of 4C International, leading the company’s expansion in the EMEA and APAC regions.
“4C has a clear strategy centered on our Training management and Resilience software, Exonaut. The Board’s consolidated assessment is that the execution of our strategy now needs a different leadership. Jonas Jonsson has successfully grown the international segment of 4C since 2019. He has over 10 years of industry experience and is a very strong leader”, says Andreas Hedskog, Founder and Chairman of 4C Strategies.
Magnus Bergqvist will be available full time to 4C Strategies for a smooth transition during Q2. “On behalf of the Board of Directors, I would like to thank Magnus Bergqvist for his exceptional contribution during the past 13 years.
