The facilitator will introduce the training and its outcomes and objectives.

Module 2 - Introduction to Crisis Management

Module 2 introduces and sets the foundation for key terminologies and areas such as “Crisis Management”, “Decision Making” and other key definitions that will be covered in the session with the aim of establishing a baseline understanding for all participants.

Module 3 - Decision-Making

For this module the facilitator will go thorough the definition of and methodology for making defensible decisions. The facilitator will go through a tool and methodology for making defensible decisions based on establishing facts, making assumptions and providing directions.

Module 4 - Incident Crisis Management Exercise

The last part of the training will be spent role playing through a scenario and participants will be guided through the process of making defensible decisions using the demonstrated tool and methodology. The aim of the exercise is to provide participants with the opportunity of contextualizing the learning from the other training modules.
