Module 2 introduces and sets the foundation for key terminologies and areas such as “Crisis Management”, “Decision Making” and other key definitions that will be covered in the session with the aim of establishing a baseline understanding for all participants.

The last part of the training will be spent role playing through a scenario and participants will be guided through the process of making defensible decisions using the demonstrated tool and methodology. While the training modules are aimed at strategic-level decision makers, the material offered will be relevant for Business Continuity Mangers, Resilience Managers, Members of Senior Management teams and other similar professionals.
