E18 features a brand new Emergency Roll Call feature, enabling security organizations to push SMS messages to all or selected groups of employees in the event of a disaster, such as a terror attack. The recipients can provide the crisis management team with their safety status by replying directly in the SMS, thus removing the need for any system training or downloading applications.
