Exonaut is a named vendor for Crisis and Emergency Management Solutions within the resilience software ecosystem.

Due to COVID-19, organisations are realising the value in using C/EM solutions for crisis management as well as risk prevention and monitoring. • C/EM solutions support administration of response, recovery and restoration phase actions for the event through task and workforce management; media communications, including national services and social media traffic; and expenses incurred during the crisis to better ensure repayment from business interruption insurance policies and government disaster management funding.

• C/EM solutions enable management of program documentation that needs to be submitted to national authorities; all crisis-related data, ensuring it is tracked for post event analysis; and post incident reviews for regulatory reporting and overall process improvement.
