The accreditation was presented to 4C VP EMEA Defence, Paul Steel, by Director Land Warfare, Major General Chris Barry, at a ceremony held at the Combined Arms Tactics Trainer (CATT) in Warminster recently.
The LTS Quality Mark is developed by the Land Warfare Centre and recognised by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS). It sets a new benchmark for industry-delivered military training, ensuring providers meet the highest standards of quality and safety, is aligned with the Army’s objectives and contributes to the readiness demanded by the NATO New Force Model (NFM). Holding the Quality Mark demonstrates that a provider is MOD-assured in its field and thereby able to deliver world-class military training capability.
This recognition reflects 4C Strategies’ long-term commitment to excellence in training delivery through both its software and expert staff. The company’s Exonaut platform is used extensively by the British Army to plan, design, execute, and evaluate complex training and exercises around the globe. Exonaut is also trusted by NATO, the Australian Defence Force, the Swedish Armed Forces, and the United States Army, among others.
Commenting on the accreditation, 4C Strategies’ Paul Steel says, “The LTS Quality Mark represents a major step forward in aligning defence and industry under a shared standard of excellence. As a proud provider to the British Army, this formal recognition reflects a long-standing commitment to delivering training that is not only fit-for-purpose but also future-ready.”

4C’s accreditation reinforces its position as a trusted training partner to UK and other NATO Allied Forces. It showcases the company’s ability to support the British Army in delivering assured and outcome-focused training, helping ensure Commanders are equipped with the tools, data, and decision-making support needed to train smarter and accelerate readiness with fewer resources.
