With the news that Josefine Rosén will become the new 4C Nordic MD after summer, we catch-up with her to find out a bit about her background and what her plans are for the organization moving forward.
I joined 4C, in 2010, as a consultant after graduating from the Stockholm School of Economics. I’ve worked my way through the ranks, becoming a senior consultant and line manager before being appointed as Operations Director last year, with the overall responsibility for the delivery of our products and services in the Nordics.
That’s right. I know the company, people, offerings, clients, goals and strategy. I believe in what we are doing at 4C and am proud of what we have achieved. Now that I have the opportunity to lead the Nordic organization, I want to take my learnings from the past years to help drive the company forward and build something that everyone wants to be a part of and can contribute to.
My goal is to take us to the next level on our journey and that means, among other things, continued expansion across the Nordics. To do this we must increase our headcount in the regions with talented people that also want to be a part of the 4C journey.
Recent world events – whether it’s the war in Ukraine or global supply chain issues – have shown there is a growing need for resilience solutions.

I want us to be more proactive with this, growing our business in the defence, public and corporate sectors and continuing to deliver excellence to our clients.
I will also continue with the hard work that’s gone into making 4C a great place to work. Our annual reviews and employee stats show that people are happy at work; that’s extremely important for any organization. I want all colleagues to feel that they can develop and grow at 4C. If someone had told me I’d be the Nordic MD 13 years ago when I started, I wouldn’t have believed them. But here I am.
Finally, I’m looking forward to being involved in the Group Management Team. I believe that I can bring new ideas and perspectives to the team as well as learn a lot from them.
There isn’t a day that I don’t enjoy coming to work and I’m not expecting this to change now. I’ll take the summer to make my plans and come back with lots of energy for this amazing journey. I can’t wait to get started!
