General Enhancements

Smarter Tables for a Customizable Experience

We’ve upgraded the table component across the Resilience Platform, enabling users to tailor tables to their workflow. You can now:

  • Show or hide columns
  • Adjust column widths
  • Wrap text for better readability
  • Save preferred table configurations as favorites
  • Set system-wide default table settings (Admin feature)

Enhanced Visual Cues with Colored Chips

Easily identify types and categories at a glance with new color-coded labels in table views.

Improved Data Management

A new Entity List is now available in the Data Editor, providing a consolidated view of all entities across the platform for easier management.

Streamlined Task Management

Tasks now display their creation date, improving tracking and oversight.

Role-Based Access Control Improvements

New role functions have been introduced for evaluation activity menus, ensuring appropriate access controls.

Automated Activity Closure

Administrators can now set activities to close automatically a specified number of hours after their end date, reducing manual workload and streamlining processes.

Continuity Manager Enhancements

Impact Analysis: Smarter Insights & Better UI

  • Refined Impact Analysis View: A cleaner, more structured interface improves readability and usability.
  • Dependency Risk Warnings: RTOs exceeding upstream dependencies are now flagged in red, with tooltips explaining the impact.
  • Expanded Side Panel: Easily access details, risk assessments, plans, and lessons linked to each node.
  • Recommended RTO Display: The lowest assigned RTO in a Product/Service dependency map is now suggested until an overall RTO is set.
  • Comprehensive Dependency Views: Toggle all upstream or downstream dependencies at once for a holistic understanding.

Product/Service Dependency Mapping Enhancements

  • Connect Resources to Resources: Introducing a new tree view for mapping resources to each other, making dependency management more flexible.
  • Clearer RTO & Criticality Assignments: Distinguishing between Dependency RTO, Recommended RTO, and Overall RTO to provide precise continuity planning insights.
  • Revamped UI: A redesigned interface enhances usability and data visualization.

Continuity Risk Assessment Improvements

  • New Product/Service-Level Risk Assessments: Assess risks at a high level without needing to drill into every individual process or resource.
  • Streamlined Workflow for Process & Resource Risk Assessments: The system now assumes default risks, reducing the need for manual input and simplifying the assessment process.

Continuity Planning Upgrades

  • Process & Resource Plans: More detailed recovery steps for each process and resource, with an improved UI.
  • High-Level Product/Service Plans: Simplifies continuity planning while ensuring impact tolerances are met.
  • Comprehensive Business Continuity Plan (BCP): Generates a consolidated document combining all plans for quick reference during disruptions.

Additional Enhancements

  • Aggregate content across multiple workspaces for a unified view.
  • Dashboards now correctly display “Not Assigned” values.
  • Improved scope selection for tests and plans based on dependencies.
  • Editable Inventory Resources for central resource management.
  • Custom fields now available for Products/Services and Processes.
  • Improved sorting for MTPD, Criticality, and RTO values.
  • Streamlined interface interactions, such as persistent side panels in Impact Analysis.
