Valuable market insights
Lieutenant General (Retired) Michael Tucker culminated his 44-year Army career as commander of First Army and now joins the Board of Directors at 4C North America.
Michael Tucker’s career of solving complex organizational problems culminated as the commander of First Army, charged with training readiness of all Army National Guard and US Army Reserve units (over 500,000 troops).
“With over 20 years’ experience in operations and training, Michael Tucker will further enhance our Capability Development solution and bring valuable market insights. In less than one year, he created a 37% increase in capacity while saving $12 million USD annually and that kind of achievement is what we jointly will bring to the market,” says Andreas Hedskog, Founder and Executive Chairman at 4C Strategies.
Big challange
“The experience as Deputy Director at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, answering the need to properly care for our soldiers and families, was the most challenging and rewarding of my entire career so far. I am very impressed with 4C North America and look forward to sharing my experiences with the highly capable Board of Directors”, says Michael Tucker. “The Army forces you out of your comfort zone and challenges you. Now, it’s time for my next big challenge.”
Michael Tucker’s role at 4C North America will initially be as a Member of the Board of Directors, and the company also sees future potential in utilizing his skills in the customer context.
