As an organisation, we are a forces-friendly employer that believes in preserving and contributing to the welfare of those who serve, or have served, in the military.

4C Strategies is both a partner and supplier to allied armed forces. To meet their needs on a daily basis, we employ many ex-servicemen and women from the armed forces of NATO member states and allies, and support their involvement and continued service in the Reserve forces. 4C is also dedicated to supporting service personnel of all ranks in their transition from military to civilian life.

Our partnerships often go beyond the traditional boundaries of a business relationship. For instance, we have a strategic recruitment partnership with the Swedish Armed Forces that supports the exchange of appropriately qualified personnel between each organisation. According to the agreement, 4C employees can take an operational role in the Swedish Armed Forces when conducting training or education, or take leave from 4C to serve in the Swedish military. Concurrently, the partnership has opened up a new channel for the recruitment of Swedish Armed Forces personnel who are leaving service and wish to apply their skills and experience at 4C. Former Officer Nina Larsson tells us more about the agreement

Armed Forces Covenant

4C Strategies is also a proud signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant which supports those who proudly protect the United Kingdom with honour, courage, and commitment. It is a pledge acknowledging that those who serve or who have served, and their families, should be treated with fairness and respect.

In accordance with this we are non-discriminatory of ex-armed forces candidates in recruitment; partner with armed forces’ employment transition programmes; grant employees extra leave for reserve duty; and participate in National Armed Forces Days; among many other things.

The Armed Forces Covenant helps to ensure that members of the armed forces community have the same access to government and commercial services and products as any other citizen.
