In light of this, it has become natural to examine how 4C Strategies could develop the enduring relationship into an employer relations partnership with the Swedish Armed Forces.

Since 2000, 4C Strategies have supported the Swedish Armed Forces with their Training and Exercise Management requirements enabling Capability Development across all branches of the Armed Forces.

Leaving the British Army after 26 years, Pete Goddard joined 4C Strategies to become an expert in training and readiness. We met with Pete to talk about the transition from the military life to civilian life and how his skill sets translated to civilian use
