Sweden’s public warning siren has sounded on the first Monday in March, June, September and December for over ninety years. The Signal takes its name, and its rhythm, from that siren, and from 4C Strategies’ Swedish roots. A quarterly evening bringing together people working in crisis management, security, resilience and risk over a drink.
Our work isn’t always easy to talk about outside the field. The Signal is a chance to step out for a couple of hours and spend time with people who understand resilience.
