Improved public safety through integrated, end-to-end solutions for Training, Risk, Incident and Crisis management
Plan for, exercise, monitor and respond to incidents, while maintaining operational readiness
Public safety, emergency, and authorities as a whole, are facing an increasing array of new challenges, regulatory requirements, and complex operational demands. Reporting critical issues is frequently executed in fragmented silos precluding a transparent view of risk and increasing the time required to analyse and aggregate critical information.
4C Strategies provide integrated, end-to-end solutions for training, risk, incident and crisis management for the public safety, emergency organisations, defences and authorities. By leveraging our Exonaut® software’s mobile app, dynamic mapping tool and dashboard status overviews with sector-specific expertise, we help our partners to efficiently plan for, exercise, monitor, and respond to incidents, while maintaining operational readiness.
Exonaut® reports for better decision-making
At 4C Strategies we support our partners with reports of relevant facts to stakeholders, e.g. information showing that investments lead to increased capability and that operations are assessed and measured. The Exonaut® reports encompass operational capacity and readiness – delivering measurable capacity over time. These reports are also more adequate and high resolution than existing metrics and objectives.
Support for disaster recovery team and management
Exonaut® software suite enables direct communication with SOS Alarm, reporters, emergency vehicles and emergency operations centre. The system enables shared encrypted observations, photos, videos, map data, and miscellaneous information.

Risk Management and Cyber Security in the financial sector
4C Strategies held a well-attended seminar, of about 40 representatives from the Swedish financial sector, on the theme Cyberhot: Trends and tools for effective defense during Friday morning. In the Financial sector, the biggest risks are cyber related. How can financial institutions achieve a level of readiness that make them prepared to manage the unexpected in a way that actually creates value instead decreasing it? This and many other Risk Management and Cyber Security related questions were discussed at the fully booked 4C Strategies Finance Breakfast Seminar on Friday morning, where Andreas provided the audience with hands-on suggestions on how cyber security threats and incidents can be managed and mitigated in a successful and value-adding manner.
