4C Strategies are pleased to announce a three-year extension of our Exonaut partnership with the Swedish Armed Forces. Our collaboration dates back to 2002, when the Swedish Armed Forces began using Exonaut® to enhance the delivery of their training and exercise activities.
Exonaut: Securely hosting and deploying software in extreme conditions
Development, deployment, hosting, security and UX are at the core of any successful software provider, and it’s no different for 4C Strategies. However, what is a little different at 4C is the conditions that our software has to perform under, and the lengths our support team go to, to make sure our customers get the most out of Exonaut®, always.
Retired U.S. Army Colonel, Michael Coss, is at the forefront of the U.S. Army’s commitment to next generation training solutions as seen through his work with 4C Strategies’ Exonaut military training software. We meet with him to find out more.
4C Strategies is growing exponentially in the U.S. Here’s why.
It’s been a little over four years since 4C Strategies established a U.S. presence, but the company is already working on its third military training management contract with the U.S. Army. We take a look at what lies behind the success of this rapid expansion.
4C Strategies to support UK Joint Command and Staff Training
4C Strategies have been selected to support MASS in the delivery of the UK’s new Joint Command and Staff Training contract. 4C Strategies will provide our Training and Exercise Management System, Exonaut®, specifically adapted as an operational level Exercise Planning & Management Tool (EPMT). The Exonaut EMPT will provide a customised exercise planning, design, execution and lessons management capability in support of combined and joint operational level training as well as political-military strategic-level crisis management training led by the MoD.
A common vision for our strategic recruitment partnership
For the past 20 years, 4C Strategies and the Swedish Armed Forces have cooperated on a number of levels and across many tasks. In light of this, it has become natural to examine how 4C Strategies could develop the enduring relationship into an employer relations partnership with the Swedish Armed Forces.
