On the 29th of September our Senior Consultant, Ben White, hosted a BCI Webinar about how organisations can develop Capability Maturity Models for BCM. There were over 55 people attending from all sectors and interactive elements throughout. The attendees were asked “What does good look like” for their organisation’s BC Programme in a post-COVID era within two out of the six practice areas, as an example of indicators in a BCM Capability Maturity Model.
